Dear Paul,
The last two weeks were very busy as I told you in my previous mail. Our
concert in the UK was marvellous: your song did it again! People were
moved by this marvellous melody. The members of the schoolchoir of Bury St.
Edmunds have asked to send a copy. They want to sing it as
well. That is very good news, not?
was our last performance (we performed three times: about 800 people have
seen the play!!). It wasn't a musical, but the choir played an important
part. At regular times, there was an 'entracte' between the scenes, where we
sang a song that illustrated the scene. The scene where Romeo is condemned
has even been replaced by the song 'Bohemian Rhapsody'. The last scene,
where Romeo carries his Julia onto the scene was very moving because of
your music. Thank you so much for writing this wonderful song!!
